I used this as a giveaway piece to get people to register for my website. As I was painting, a 10-year-old girl came up to watch. I could tell she was truly interested, and she asked me questions only another painter might ask. We talked about mixing color and the color wheel. She got it. She really wanted to win this painting and she made sure her mom registered for it. When I did the drawing, she was the one! It gives me great joy to help creative kids stay interested in their art.
