I was in Big Bend National Park in the first week of January, 2017. When we awoke in Terlingua one morning, it was 19 degrees F, so we decided to hike that morning and paint in the afternoon. We took the Hot Springs trail about halfway to Rio Grande Village, and took pictures all along the way. Since we were near the Rio, and in the sun, it heated up to a comfortable 50's. There are so many great views along this trail! This is my last study for the 36x36 inch that's coming next.
