I call this happy buttons because sometimes when I am painting, I am alone in my studio, and Linda is alone in another part of the house doing whatever she's doing. This particular evening, she was working on a craft project with all these buttons, so I decided to sit with her while she worked, and paint the buttons. It was a great time for us to spend together instead of being in 2 different rooms. So...they're "happy buttons."
