One of my first impressionistic paintings using acrylic. Since I had no medium to retard the drying process, had to work fast to get this. I was also working with only 5 colors.
I did this from the deck overlooking Mt Diablo, and the valley between us. The house belongs to a friend that lives in Lafayette, CA, and is on the side of a mountain looking east. It started to cloud up as I did this. I like the loose style of this though.
