A collection of stories, thoughts and good vibes from my back porch

I saw these boots in Santa Fe last year, and I took a picture thinking someday it would make a cool painting. There are 2 challenges I identified on this 30 painting challenge - 1 is subject matter (I have plenty to draw from), and the 2nd is supports - I need enough canvases, panels, or paper to complete the challenge. The other might be frames - although a lot of these paintings will probably remain unframed. One more thing - what the heck am I gonna do with 30 additional paintings?

Since I skipped yesterday's painting to instead have a 2 hour painting lesson, here are #3 and 4, both painted today.
